We can't hold properties without a completed application. Good rentals go quickly, so we recommend applying as soon as you find something you like.
Typically you'll need first month's rent and a security deposit (usually equal to one month's rent). Exact amounts are listed with each property.
All applicants must be 18 or older to sign a lease. Everyone over 18 living in the unit needs to be on the lease and pass screening.
Yes, per Indiana law. Your deposit is refunded (minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear) within 45 days of move-out.

Online through your AppFolio tenant portal. It's the easiest and fastest way. You can also mail a check or drop one off at our office.
Pet policies vary by property. Check the individual listing for details. Most pet-friendly properties require a pet deposit.
Most leases require 30 days' written notice. Check your lease for specific terms, and contact your property manager when you're ready to give notice.
