Newlin-Miller was founded in 1932, making us one of Indiana's longest-running property management firms. For over 90 years, we've helped Wabash Valley property owners protect their investments and grow their portfolios.

Today, co-owners Chris Newlin (Vice President) and Chip Miller (President, Managing Broker) carry on that tradition. They've built a 30-person team that treats every owner's property with the same care and attention they'd give their own. It's the same philosophy that's kept us in business for nearly a century.
