Submit Your Application
Complete the application through our online portal. Each adult 18+ must apply.
Screening
We review your application, run background checks, and verify your information.
Approval
Once approved, we'll send your lease for review and signing.
Move In
Pay your move-in costs, pick up your keys, and you're home.
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income (pay stubs showing at least 3x the monthly rent)
- Rental history (contact info for previous landlords)
- Completed application for each adult 18 and older
- Application fee per applicant
- Credit history
- Criminal background
- Eviction history
- Employment verification
